About the role

In the role of a Production Worker, you will add value to the process by preparing and packaging the product. You will work either a day or afternoon shift for 8 hours with occasional overtime. Assigned to a world-class leader and the largest independent aluminium finisher your duties will include:

• Unpack and load separate uncoated aluminium strips onto a jig.
• Unload coated aluminium strips for wrapping.
• Load and unload aluminium sheets onto conveyors.
• Remove wrapped strips from wrapping and position them on a rack for forklift collection.
• Help in packing aluminum strips for dispatch, as needed.
• Perform general duties and labouring tasks as necessary.
• Utilize basic hand tools.

Skills and experience

You must be able to lift 10-15kgs and demonstrate a reliable and dedicated work ethic. Prior experience working in a factory or similar environment is desirable, however not essential.
